I found the office staff excellent from the time I called about my old heat pump not working to accepting the quote for the new one. Andre was knowledgeable & approachable, answered my questions very satisfactorily. Both technicians were very professional & helpful. I am very happy with the advice received about the condition of my old heat pump and the standard of installation. My new heat pump is so much quieter & more effective than the old one.

The technician, Jarrod, was very friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Also respectful of my house, took his shoes off before entering. He identified the problem and explained the issue.
