I just wanted to say a quick hello and to say thank you and also congratulations to the team you employ. They did a wonderful job in setting this system up, everybody was on time, very polite, cheerful and accommodating. Zac seems like quite a special young man, amazing to see him work, he really knows his stuff. The painter was also really wonderful. But then so were you. You sold us the right size system and it was tested today during the heat and it actually worked well in keeping the temperature down in the whole unit. Also you are a pleasure to deal with!

I found the office staff excellent from the time I called about my old heat pump not working to accepting the quote for the new one. Andre was knowledgeable & approachable, answered my questions very satisfactorily. Both technicians were very professional & helpful. I am very happy with the advice received about the condition of my old heat pump and the standard of installation. My new heat pump is so much quieter & more effective than the old one.
