Hi Andre, earlier this week an inspector visited to inspect the installation of my heat pump that you had installed in my home recently. At the conclusion of the inspection he commented very favourably on the standard of the installation. He indicated that some installations are very rough but mine had been a very neat and professional job. Could you pass my thanks onto the Manager for the professionalism and expertise of his staff who came out and serviced, and then repaired my heat pump, just prior to Christmas.
