Dear Parr’s Heat Pump Centre,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent service I have received from Parrs in the installation of my Daikin floor model heat pump.

From the initial meeting in the showroom with Michelle Squires who’s knowledge was outstanding and answered all my questions, to the home consultation with Andre Morrisby, who was extremely helpful and professional.

My heat pump was installed within two weeks by a wonderful electrician Alexander Shepherd and his colleague Campbell. They were extremely polite and very tidy and conscientious in their work. A credit to their profession.

I look forward to being warm and cosy this Winter at the flick of a switch and not have to worry about all the work that goes with a wood heater.

Thank you for the bottle of wine too. What a lovely touch from a proud Tasmanian company. Well done.

Recently we purchased another Daikin Air Conditioner from Parr’s Heat Pump Centre & we are writing to ask if you would thank all those employees who were involved. It was a joy to walk into the front office & be met with kindness & friendliness from everyone.
The installation of the Air Conditioner was done efficiently & the correct procedure for using the unit was explained to us in a professional & patient manner – which was very much appreciated.

We would like special mention of the way in which Michelle worked with us. She is obviously a warm, dedicated & generous person who shows tenacity & flair. Her knowledge of the area of expertise is exemplary. Also, we would like to say a very big thank you to Andre for leaving a lovely bottle of wine on our doorstep.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Rod and Fraser who installed the heat pump yesterday afternoon
in some quite trying conditions.

Not only was the weather very wet, but my cottage from 1938 really hasn’t got any level floors or square corners.
The cottage has double cladding and everything is done DIY, I think.

Rod and Fraser definitely came across quite some hurdles, but they worked away at it… supported each other
by suggesting other ways to solve the problems and kept their good humour.

I particularly liked the way the both offered assistance and suggestions to each other and Rod definitely is a good
mentor to any trainee I would have thought.

Finally I would like to thank them both for putting up with my at times very enthusiatic 18 months old German
Shepherd … who just wanted to help all the time.

Rod and Fraser tidied up and cleaned after themselves and didn’t leave here until 6.30pm …. BRAVO.

Parrs recently installed a new aircon system throughout our office. While some work (drilling into concrete) was done after hours, the majority of the installation occurred while our office was fully operational. The install occurred over a few weeks requiring the Parrs team to work around, between and at times above my team.

The Parrs team started on schedule and completed the work ahead of the predicted timeline.
Installing ceiling units throughout the building, the work went without incident with their team being respectful and cooperative throughout the project.

My thanks to Patrick, the site supervisor and to his team. Thanks also to John and Andre for designing an aircon system that gives us such a comfortable work environment.
