The technician, Jarrod, was very friendly, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. Also respectful of my house, took his shoes off before entering. He identified the problem and explained the issue. Jarrod answered al of my questions to my satisfaction. I would recommend Parr’s and have done so to my neighbor, who has had one installed by your company.
