Dear Parr’s Heat Pump Centre,

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent service I have received from Parrs in the installation of my Daikin floor model heat pump.

From the initial meeting in the showroom with Michelle Squires who’s knowledge was outstanding and answered all my questions, to the home consultation with Andre Morrisby, who was extremely helpful and professional.

My heat pump was installed within two weeks by a wonderful electrician Alexander Shepherd and his colleague Campbell. They were extremely polite and very tidy and conscientious in their work. A credit to their profession.

I look forward to being warm and cosy this Winter at the flick of a switch and not have to worry about all the work that goes with a wood heater.

Thank you for the bottle of wine too. What a lovely touch from a proud Tasmanian company. Well done.

Recently we purchased another Daikin Air Conditioner from Parr’s Heat Pump Centre & we are writing to ask if you would thank all those employees who were involved. It was a joy to walk into the front office & be met with kindness & friendliness from everyone.
The installation of the Air Conditioner was done efficiently & the correct procedure for using the unit was explained to us in a professional & patient manner – which was very much appreciated.

We would like special mention of the way in which Michelle worked with us. She is obviously a warm, dedicated & generous person who shows tenacity & flair. Her knowledge of the area of expertise is exemplary. Also, we would like to say a very big thank you to Andre for leaving a lovely bottle of wine on our doorstep.

Please take care during this worrying time & may the future be filled with many successes & happy tomorrows for you all.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Rod and Fraser who installed the heat pump yesterday afternoon
in some quite trying conditions.

Not only was the weather very wet, but my cottage from 1938 really hasn’t got any level floors or square corners.
The cottage has double cladding and everything is done DIY, I think.

Rod and Fraser definitely came across quite some hurdles, but they worked away at it… supported each other
by suggesting other ways to solve the problems and kept their good humour.

I particularly liked the way the both offered assistance and suggestions to each other and Rod definitely is a good
mentor to any trainee I would have thought.

Finally I would like to thank them both for putting up with my at times very enthusiatic 18 months old German
Shepherd … who just wanted to help all the time.

Rod and Fraser tidied up and cleaned after themselves and didn’t leave here until 6.30pm …. BRAVO.

Parrs recently installed a new aircon system throughout our office. While some work (drilling into concrete) was done after hours, the majority of the installation occurred while our office was fully operational. The install occurred over a few weeks requiring the Parrs team to work around, between and at times above my team.

The Parrs team started on schedule and completed the work ahead of the predicted timeline.
Installing ceiling units throughout the building, the work went without incident with their team being respectful and cooperative throughout the project.

My thanks to Patrick, the site supervisor and to his team. Thanks also to John and Andre for designing an aircon system that gives us such a comfortable work environment.

Thank you Andre and the team at Parr’s heat pump centre for your amazing service. My Mum was given the run around by so many other businesses when she was trying to replace her broken heat pump. Andre visited Mum, listened to her and gave her honest recommendations for heating, explaining everything she needed to know. Parr’s were so quick to respond, then visit and get a new heat pump system installed. I highly recommend Parr’s for their caring professional approach. It’s so reassuring to see there are honest, reliable businesses out there who genuinely care about providing exceptional service and care about their customers. Thank you again Andre and your team at Parr’s heat pump centre.

I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with the Chromagen water heater. I have been waiting for an Aurora bill to compare my usage and I was very pleased when the latest one arrived. I have reduced my electricity use from 436 kw/h to only 119 and the cost of that segment of the bill from $73 to $20!!

Gordon and his offsider were able to install the new switchboard and mains on Tuesday this week in conjunction with Tas Networks and Metering Dynamics. Everything is working OK and it is good to see that the old board has gone.

I have found the new Meter to be very user friendly as it can show the current/wattage for each Tariff. Simple matter to check say each heat pump in turn by switching the other Tariff 41 circuit breakers off.

Very satisfied with both heat pumps this morning – obviously there has not been a large temperature change required.

I am very impressed with the standard of workmanship for both the Heat Pump and Switchboard installation. It is a credit to those involved.

That’s two installs now and we’re really pleased with the product and service. Have recommended Parr’s to many now and will continue to do so.

Hi Andre, earlier this week an inspector visited to inspect the installation of my heat pump that you had installed in my home recently. At the conclusion of the inspection he commented very favourably on the standard of the installation. He indicated that some installations are very rough but mine had been a very neat and professional job. I too have been very pleased with the work but have been a little remiss in not contacting you earlier. Thought you would probably be interested in the remarks. Thanks once again for your assistance.
