I wanted to provide Parr's with some feedback on my recent experience in your service.
It is rare I am so compelled to write an email like this, but it gives me great pleasure to do so.
Firstly, Parr's was the first to quote and the most reasonable in price. Secondly, you listened to what I was looking to achieve and provided genuine help and advice. Thank you directly to you for this part of the experience. Your team contacted me to confirm the booking access before the day and were extremely professional.
Thirdly, the install occurred yesterday and today. I feel absolutely terrible I can't remember the names of the attendees. I do want to say a huge thank you to you, both guys and Parrs for such a wonderful experience. I want to call out specifically how professional the guys who did the install were. They were courteous, respectful, and professional. This seems like a real rare thing these days. Not only though did I receive the most wonderful treatment, but they also displayed an exceptional respect for each other. It was clear one was still learning and the other guiding and teaching. They both communicated in the most mature way. Parr's should be proud for recognising such talent when it crossed your path and employed each of them. During their time at my place, they were tidy, tried very hard to be quiet (I was working from home), I was completely fine with any noise and communicated this, but it didn't change their approach. I had to leave before they completed, and they left my place very clean. Normally I wouldn't leave my home with contactors about to complete but it was the first time I felt a level of trust for this to occur.
The gifts on my kitchen bench were completely unnecessary but thank you. I have already been recommending Parrs to friends who need similar services and will now be harassing them to give you a call.
The guy who was leading during my install I dare say will make an exceptional manager in your team, I hope you nurture this guy and help him reach his goals.

Could you pass my thanks onto the Manager for the professionalism and expertise of his staff who came out and serviced, and then repaired my heat pump, just prior to Christmas.
